Our goal at Hollybarn Dog and Puppy Training
Ireland is to teach you and your family how
interact with your dog so you can have the pet you always wanted. We do this by providing one to one dog and puppy training and behaviour sessions in your own home.
And don't worry, none of our training techniques employ the use of food treats as the reward mechanism so no more carrying around pockets full of ham, cheese, and dog treats.

We Teach You, The Owner How to Train Your Dog or Puppy.
At Hollybarn Dog and Puppy Training Ireland we have proved repeatedly that the most effective training is delivered where you, your family and your dog or puppy interact on a daily basis.
We use a more personal, tried, and tested approach to dog training rather than the old-fashioned dog or puppy training classes held in halls or training centres and actually come to your home so both you and your dog are both in your own environment.
We've also found that the more people in your family who get involved in the training session the more effective the class becomes. This is another reason for delivering dog training and behaviour sessions and classes in your own home. Each of our sessions or classes is tailored to your individual requirements, because every relationship between our dogs and us is unique and just like us every dog is different with their own character, personality, problems, and issues.

Our training sessions are crammed full of training and behaviour tips
and advice enabling you to take charge and become the master of your dog and the pack leader of your family. We use positive re-inforcement techniques but most importantly without using food as the reward.
We help you to understand your dogs behaviour and why your dog does what it does. This makes addressing and fixing the problem much easier.
Questions about vaccinations, flea and worm treatment or even the ideal diet for your dog? Hollybarn Dog Training Ireland can help too.
